Purely Perfect
This establishment offers everything you could possibly need—a perfect blend of elegance and simplicity. The apartments are beautifully designed, featuring modern finishes, spacious layouts, and a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. If you're looking for a stunning residence at an affordable price with exceptional management and maintenance, this is the place for you. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this place—it’s a fantastic, safe, and secure building in a prime location. To top it all off, there's even a coffee shop right downstairs. Highly recommended!
Luxury, Quiet. New, Clean,
Love my new place, been here for one year, everything is first class construction. Outside noise or noise from neighbors are non existant. The appliances are top notch, building is secure, area is very safe, great diverse neighbors, everyone seems to be professional and respectful, NO LOW INCOME residents. Management is on top of everything. Very responsive. Parking is great if you have one car, but mutiple cars is a huge problem.

Great Hackensack Apartment
Lived here a few months, and loving it so far! There's so many great restaurants within walking distance, a little park across the street, and only a few blocks away from NJ Transit bus station, making the location perfect. The building itself is kept very clean, no noise issues, good building security and mailing system. Also, staff is wonderful, all really nice and helpful
